Tiered Duster
Using Vogue pattern 9377, I created this coat. I used a graphic print fabric I'd found in NYC at Trumart Discount fabrics. A tiny shop filled with gems. I added my own sleeve design. It is called a 'lantern' sleeve. I researched the design and worked on it for weeks. There are several directions for this sleeve online. So I simply encourage you to search a bit yourself.
